Welcome to Lanark County Mental Health

Lanark County Mental Health is a community based mental health service responding to Lanark County adults and transitional aged youth (17 yrs and over) who experience mental health concerns. The Program is sponsored by the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital and supported by an active Community Advisory Board.

Our Services

Crisis Intervention

Offering support to individuals and their families who are experiencing acute emotional distress through assessment, stabilization, brief counselling and linkages to community resources.

Counselling & Treatment

Offering Counselling and Treatment services, Sexual Abuse Counselling, Domestic Violence Program and single-session counseling.

Case Management

Offering the following support services: Case Management, Emergency Room Diversion Case Management, Social Recreation, Court Diversion & Support, and Hoarding Program.

Psychiatry

Offering General Psychiatry to provide assessment, consultation and short-term follow up within a shared care model for adults experiencing serious mental illness.
